Amaze Balls!

The title explains it all, but I will enumerate on this paintings amazing-ness!
1. The grommet in the shadow where the snakes eye would be is actually painted. It is not a real grommet.
2. There are three other grommets that are real and carefully located to work with the logic of painting.
a. The entire painting can be hung on a nail through the red grommet in the upper center of the painting.
b. The silver grommet is in the raw linen part of the canvas, or in other words in the light.
c. The color of the darker grommet matches the shadow where it can be found.
3. The tennis ball is simply incredible, the fuzzy texture, the neon-ish yellow color, it's all present and ready to fool/delight your eyes!
4. The red bouncey ball energizes the lower left hand corner with the symbol of life's joy- a smile!
5. If you are afraid of snakes, the one in the painting is a toy and caught in a gift bow. The snake and bow are there to remind you that life is most certainly a precious gift, but sometimes it can be challenging. Don't worry though, it's just an illusion!
6. The glass marble depicts a handmade marble by the Youtube artist Mental Raccoon Glass.
7. The little glass bottle is both a pedestal for the marble and the epitome of the mundane being amazing. What could have ended up in the recycle bin, instead made its new home on a shelf in my still life objects collection.
